Carpet, upholstery & tile cleaning

Carpet by the room, furniture by the piece, tile and grout by the area — arranged through Veyra and quoted in writing.

How this works

You deal with Veyra

Extraction cleaning is specialist work with specialist equipment, and Veyra brings in a specialist crew to do it. What does not change is who you deal with: you tell Veyra what you need, Veyra prices it, schedules it, and is who you call if anything is not right.

One quote, one schedule, one person answering the phone. You are not asked to negotiate with a contractor or chase a second invoice.

We say this plainly because finding it out on the day would be worse than reading it now.

What we clean

Rooms, pieces and hard floors

Carpet — rooms

Bedrooms, living areas, dens. Priced by the room.

Carpet — stairs

A flight of stairs is its own job, not part of the room above it.

Carpet — hallways

Landings and corridors, where the traffic actually is.

Sofa

Standard two- or three-seat sofa.

Loveseat

Two-seat.

Chairs

Armchairs, recliners, dining chairs with upholstered seats.

Sectional

Priced separately from a sofa — a sectional is a different piece of work.

Tile & grout

Hard-floor and grout-line cleaning. Grout is the part that shows the difference, and the part a mop never reaches.

Something else

Area rugs, mattresses, dining chairs by the set, an outdoor sectional. Describe it in the notes and we will come back to you.

The difference

What comes out of a surface that looked clean

Reference examples of the three kinds of work on this page. They illustrate what the cleaning changes — they are not case studies of a named property, and no customer or address is identified.

Carpet cleaning

Side-by-side comparison of cream bedroom carpet in a Gulf-front room with a balcony and sea view: the pile marked with traffic soiling on the left, and clean and even on the right.
Hot-water extraction through the pile, including the traffic lanes and the edges a vacuum never reaches.

Upholstery cleaning

Side-by-side comparison of a cream sectional sofa in a Gulf-front living room: the seat and chaise marked with staining on the left, and the fabric clean and even on the right.
Cleaned by the piece, including under the cushions, where sunscreen, sand and salt collect through a season.

Tile & grout cleaning

Side-by-side comparison of a stone tile bathroom floor in a Gulf-front bathroom: the grout lines darkened and discoloured on the left, and clean pale grout on the right.
Grout holds more than the tile does, and it is usually the grout rather than the tile that makes a clean floor still look dirty.

Pricing

There is no per-room number we could honestly print

Carpet, upholstery and tile are priced on what is actually there — how many rooms, which pieces of furniture, how much hard floor, and the condition of all of it. A headline rate would be right for one property and wrong for the next, so we quote yours instead. Three things drive it:

How many rooms, and which ones

Carpet is priced by the room, and rooms are not equivalent. A bedroom with a bed in it is a different job from an open living area, and a flight of stairs is its own line rather than part of the landing above it.

What the furniture actually is

A three-seat sofa, a sectional and a pair of armchairs are three different pieces of work. Fabric matters too — some materials need a different method, and we would rather know before the van arrives than after.

The state it is in

Routine soiling, a rental between guests and a long-standing pet stain are not the same job. We do not promise every mark will come out; we will tell you honestly which ones are likely to and which are set.

Fill in the form with what you have. Rooms and counts are optional — a rough idea is enough to start, and we will confirm before anything is booked.

For rental owners

Between guests, not during them

Carpet needs time to dry and furniture needs time to be back in place, so this is work for a gap in the calendar rather than a changeover morning. How long depends on the method, the fabric and the humidity that week — we will tell you what to expect for your property rather than quoting a number that sounds good in August and is not true.

If Veyra already handles your turnovers, we know your changeover days and will find the gap for you.

Plainly

What to expect

  • We do not promise every stain comes out. Some are set, some have been treated with something that fixed them in place. We will tell you which is which before we start.
  • Drying time is not a fixed number. It depends on method, fabric, airflow and the weather that day. We will give you a realistic window for your property.
  • Heavy furniture stays where it is. We clean around beds and large case pieces rather than moving them. Tell us if something needs to be shifted and we will plan for it.
  • We do not repair or re-stretch carpet. If what you have is worn out rather than dirty, we will say so instead of cleaning it and letting you find out.

Estimate

Tick what you would like done and give us rough counts — how many rooms, how many pieces. Every number on the form is optional.

We come back in writing with what is included. If something needs to be seen first, we will say so.

What would you like done?

Pick everything that applies. The measurements are optional — if you do not know them, say so and we will work it out.

We’ll come back to you in writing. Some of this work — roofs, sealing, anything unusual — needs a look at the property before a price can be given, and we will say so rather than guess. Prefer to talk? 850-814-7467 or message on WhatsApp.
