You deal with Veyra
Exterior cleaning is specialist work and Veyra brings in a specialist crew to do it. What does not change is who you deal with: you tell Veyra what you need, Veyra prices it, schedules it, and is who you call if anything is not right.
You are never asked to negotiate with a contractor, chase a separate invoice, or be at the property to let somebody in. One quote, one schedule, one person answering the phone.
We say this plainly because finding it out on the day would be worse than reading it now — and because a company that pretends to own every trade it sells is a company that will one day be caught pretending.

Five jobs, and they are not the same job
House / exterior soft wash
Low-pressure wash for siding, stucco, soffits and trim — the method that lifts salt, mildew and the green film the Gulf air leaves behind without driving water into the building.
Driveway
Surface cleaning for concrete and paver driveways — tyre marks, oil shadowing, algae and the darkening that makes a house look tired from the street.
Concrete / flatwork
Walkways, pool decks, patios, lanais and pavers. The surfaces guests walk on barefoot.
Roof wash
Treatment for the black streaking on shingle and tile roofs. Always quoted after the roof has been looked at — pitch, height and material change the job completely.
Concrete sealing
Sealing after cleaning, to slow down how quickly the surface stains again. Quoted per property once the concrete has been assessed.
Something else
Pool cages, screen enclosures, fences, exterior stairs, a boat lift — anything outside that is not on this list. Describe it and we will come back to you.
A house wash and a driveway can usually be estimated from the size of the property. A roof wash and concrete sealing are quoted after somebody has looked at them — pitch, height, material and condition change those jobs completely, and a number given before that is a guess dressed up as a price. We will tell you which kind of answer you are getting.

Why it matters here
The Gulf is hard on the outside of a building
Salt air does not rinse off
Properties within a few miles of the Gulf collect a film of salt, pollen and mildew that a rain shower will not shift. It shows first on north-facing walls and shaded soffits, and by the time it is obvious in a listing photograph it has been building for a season.
Soft wash, not a pressure gun
Siding, stucco and painted trim are cleaned at low pressure with a solution that does the work, then rinsed. High pressure on a wall drives water behind the cladding and takes the paint with it — the damage shows up months later and is expensive to undo.
Guests photograph the approach
The driveway and the walkway are in the first picture anybody takes and in every arrival video. They are also the surfaces that darken fastest here, and the ones owners notice last because they drive over them every visit.
For rental owners
Scheduled around the booking calendar
Exterior work is loud, wet, and not something a guest wants to walk into. If Veyra already handles your turnovers, we know your changeover days and will put the work in a gap rather than on top of an arrival.
If we do not, tell us the dates you are blocked and we will work around them. Nobody needs a pressure washer running while a family is trying to use the pool deck.

What to expect
- No published rate card. Exterior work is priced on size, access, height and condition. We quote your property rather than reading from a list.
- Some jobs need a look first. Roofs and sealing, always. We will say so rather than quote blind and revise later.
- We need water and power at the property. An outdoor spigot and an accessible outlet. If either is a problem, tell us in the form and we will sort it out before the day.
- We do not paint, seal roofs, or repair. If something is failing rather than dirty, we will tell you what we saw and leave the decision with you.
A clear “we need to look at that” is worth more than a fast number you cannot rely on.
