Why owners call us

The problem is almost never the cleaning

Most owners we speak to have already had a cleaner. What went wrong was rarely the standard of the work on a good day — it was what happened on the bad ones.

The cleaner cancels on a Saturday

Same-day turnovers do not have slack in them. One no-show and you are either driving over yourself or messaging a guest who is already in the driveway.

You cannot tell whether it was actually done

Without photographs you find out the property was missed the same way your guests do — in a review, after check-in, when it is too late to fix.

Bunk rooms and sleeper sofas get skipped

A five-bedroom that sleeps sixteen is not a five-bedroom clean. The berths, the trundles and the sofa beds are where quick turnovers quietly cut corners.

Nobody tells you what they found

A cracked screen, a slow drain, a missing remote. If it is not reported the day it is found, it becomes your problem during someone else's stay.

What Veyra does differently

Verified, not promised

Veyra is built around one idea: you should be able to confirm the property is guest-ready without going to it. Everything below exists to make that true.

A custom bunk room in a Florida beach house with every berth made and staged.

Photographs of every finished room

Not a sample. Every room, every turnover, sent when the work is done — so you can verify the property is guest-ready without driving to it.

Every sleeping surface counted

Bunks, trundles, daybeds and sleeper sofas are part of the scope from the start, because that is what your guest count actually uses.

Damage and issues reported same day

If something is broken, missing or wearing out, you hear about it the day we find it, with a photograph — not at the end of the month.

A defined scope, in writing

You know exactly what is included before the first clean. Anything outside it is quoted before it happens, never added afterwards.

Linens handled the way you already run them

Most owners here already have a linen provider, and that works fine. We stage and make up what is on site, and coordinate around your provider's schedule.

We make it right

If a turnover falls short of the standard we set, we return and correct it. That is the point of photographing the work in the first place.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them is yours

01

Tell us about the property

Two short steps — who you are, then the property itself. Size, sleeping capacity, layout and how often it turns.

02

A 15-minute estimate call

We go through the property properly. What is in scope, what is not, how linens are handled, and what happens on a same-day turn.

03

A written quote

A defined scope and a fixed number for it, in writing. No hourly surprises and nothing assumed.

04

We take the calendar

Turnovers scheduled against your bookings, completed, photographed and reported. You look at the photos, not at the property.

Start with step one
A guest bathroom finished to Veyra's standard: folded towels, polished fittings and a streak-free mirror.

What we will be held to

A new company, and honest about it

Veyra is a young company operating along the Emerald Coast. We are not going to show you a wall of reviews we have not earned yet, or a client count we cannot substantiate. What we will do is put the standard in writing before you commit to anything:

  • Photographs of every finished room, every turnover.
  • A written scope agreed before the first clean.
  • Issues reported the day they are found.
  • If it falls short, we come back and correct it.

Judge us on that. It is checkable from the first turnover, which is more than a review page gives you.

Tell us about the property

Two short steps. The first tells us who you are; the second tells us what we would actually be looking after. The more of the second you fill in, the more useful the call will be.

Two short steps. No obligation, and no pricing is shown until we understand the property.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers

How much does a turnover cost?

It depends on the property, which is why we do not publish rates. A three-bedroom that sleeps eight and a five-bedroom with a bunk room that sleeps eighteen are different jobs on different clocks. After a short call we send a written quote for a clearly defined scope, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Do you handle linens?

Most owners along 30A and Panama City Beach already use a linen service, and that arrangement usually works well. We stage and make up the linens on site and coordinate with your provider's delivery and collection schedule. If you do not have a provider, we will talk through the options on the call.

Can you do same-day turnovers?

Yes — same-day turns are the normal rhythm of this market and the schedule is built around them. What matters is knowing the checkout and check-in windows in advance so the day is planned rather than improvised.

What areas do you cover?

Veyra operates along 30A & South Walton, Panama City Beach, Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding Emerald Coast, and is expanding across Florida. If your property sits just outside that, tell us anyway — we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

What if something is missed?

You will usually see it in the photographs before your guest does. If a turnover falls short of the standard we set, we return and correct it. That is a commitment, not a goodwill gesture.

I already have a property manager. Can you still clean for me?

Usually not, and we would rather say so. Where a management company runs the day-to-day, cleaning is normally arranged as part of that service, and going around it creates problems for you rather than solving them. Veyra works directly with owners who manage their own properties.

How quickly can you start?

That depends on the calendar and the season. Tell us when you need cover and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it — we would rather turn work down than take a property we cannot serve properly.
